These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of jewelry offered by La Sainte Bijouterie.

Any order placed on the site implies unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

### ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCTS

La Sainte Bijouterie offers, among other things:

- fashion jewelry,
- stainless steel jewelry,
- handmade creations,
- vintage jewelry,
- unique jewelry,
- custom-made jewelry.

The photographs and descriptions of the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity, particularly concerning colors.

As each piece is handcrafted, slight variations may exist.

### ARTICLE 4 — PRICES

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

As La Sainte Bijouterie is a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable in accordance with article 293 B of the CGI.

Delivery costs are indicated before order validation.

La Sainte Bijouterie reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of the order.

### ARTICLE 5 — ORDER

Any order becomes final after payment validation.

La Sainte Bijouterie reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute with the customer or suspicion of fraud.

### ARTICLE 6 — CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER MANUFACTURING

Certain creations can be custom-made or personalized.

A 20% deposit may be requested before manufacturing begins.

The manufacturing time can be up to 2 weeks before shipment.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products are not subject to the right of withdrawal and are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

### ARTICLE 7 — PAYMENT

Payments are secured and can be made via:

- credit card,
- PayPal,
- Apple Pay.

The order will only be shipped after full payment validation.

### ARTICLE 8 — DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via La Poste.

Shipping times are generally 2 to 5 business days, excluding custom manufacturing.

La Sainte Bijouterie delivers to:

- France,
- Europe,
- International.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and periods of high activity.

La Sainte Bijouterie cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to the carrier.

Any customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

### ARTICLE 9 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with French legislation, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal concerning non-customized products.

Products must be returned:

- unworn,
- unused,
- in their original condition.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

No refund can be made for:

- customized jewelry,
- custom-made creations,
- worn or damaged products.

### ARTICLE 10 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No exchanges are offered.

Any refunds only concern products eligible for the legal right of withdrawal.

Any product returned incomplete, worn, damaged, or soiled cannot be refunded.

### ARTICLE 11 — LIABILITY

La Sainte Bijouterie cannot be held responsible for:

- improper use of products,
- allergic reactions related to individual sensitivity,
- damage related to normal wear and tear of jewelry.

It is the customer's responsibility to follow the care instructions provided.

### ARTICLE 12 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All elements of the La Sainte Bijouterie site (photos, creations, texts, logo, visual identity) are protected by intellectual property law.

Any reproduction or use without written authorization is prohibited.

### ARTICLE 13 — PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected is used solely for the purpose of order processing and customer relations.

In accordance with the GDPR, the customer can request access, modification, or deletion of their data by contacting:

### ARTICLE 14 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

These GTC are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.

Failing amicable agreement, the competent courts within the jurisdiction of the registered office of La Sainte Bijouterie will have sole jurisdiction.
